Who we are?

Over more than 25 years of learning and experiences in different cultures and countries.

We are dedicated to awake interests and persuading the members of management teams to absorb new attitudes.

We rely on leadership and efficiency, to obtain a benefit, of course professional, but also personal and social.

Part of our profit is dedicated to supporting NGO's that help children in the most needed countries.

We observe, unfortunately, more hostility than friendship, in current human behaviors and habits.

We don't dedicate enough time to ourselves, and consequently to others.

We detect a large amount of wasted human potential in the organizations.

Born in Barcelona (Spain), happily married to Diana, and father of two boys, Roland and Eduard. I've studied IT, HR, Finance and Business Administration.

I define myself as a Mentor in Ethical Leadership and Efficiency at work.
I have learnt, acquired, and developed the required skills to offer guidance and solutions to top managers and key people.

I have been trained, and continuously learn, in the principles and practice of Leadership and Executive Management with disciples of Dr. Peter F. Drucker and Joseph Jaworski.
